Terms and Conditions

MEMBRESIAS:

  • In order to keep your membership active you must pay a new period within 5 calendar days following the expiration date of your current period. An email or text message of notification will be sent to a few days before the date of expiration. In case we do not receive the payment within this period, you will have to pay a reactivation fee which is half the price of the affiliation fee.
  • The term of your membership is for calendar days. It will not be extended for holidays.
  • You can freeze your membership once every 3 months.
  • The maximum time to keep your membership frozen is 90 days, after which it will automatically unfreeze.   • You will only be able to freeze your membership before its expiration date.
  • Your membership is not transferable, nor will we refund money in case you want to cancel it before the expiration date.
  • If you freeze your membership and you have a locker, you must return it until you unfreeze it again.
  • Passes for guests or for new clients are valid for one month and are not cumulative. You must be present to redeem them. Each person can be invited by one or more members with a guest pass maximum 3 times.

MONTHLY PASS

  • Applies for free practice (without classes) and does not include the rental of climbing equipment.
  • It is non-transferable and has a validity of 30 days.
  • You can freeze it for maximum 1 time, and keep it frozen for up to 3 months, after which it will automatically unfreeze.

10 DAY PUNCH PASS

  • Applies for free practice (no classes) and does not include the rental of climbing equipment.
  • Can be shared among several people.
  • The card has a validity of 35 days, after which you will not be able to make use of the days that are pending to use.
  • You can freeze it for maximum 1 time, and keep it frozen for up to 3 months, after which it will automatically unfreeze.

CLASSES AND TRAINING COURSES FOR KIDS AND ADULTS

  • These services have a valid due date depending on the type and number of classes. This due date will be informed when you make the purchase, and will be written on the physical card given to you for class control. After this date, you will not be able to use the classes that were pending to use.
  • You can freeze it for maximum 1 time, and keep it frozen for up to 3 months, after which it will automatically unfreeze.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

  • All children participating in the birthday must register before starting the activity.
  • The celebration of the birthday will be limited to the agreed time, after which the space must be available for the activities that will be developed thereafter.

GROUP CLASSES

  • All attendees who participate in the class must register before starting the activity.
